Hi I'm Kelly,​

I'm a massage and acupuncture practitioner based in Sunderland, specialising in stress, anxiety and physical tension. 

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, mentally busy, or holding stress in their body, and who want to feel calmer, clearer and more at ease in themselves again.
